Production:
Silicon carbide stopper brick is used at the bottom of the stopper rod. It’s tightly matched with nozzle brick.
When not in casting, it blocks the nozzle to ensure no leakage on molten steel.
When casting, the silicon carbide stopper brick will be raised by stopper rod, and the molten steel will be flow out from the between the stopper brick and nozzle brick.
The outflow of liquid steel can be controlled by adjusting the height of the stopper. Stopper brick and core rolled can be fastened by screw thread or pin.

4. Won't pollute the molten steel.
